Make Your Juice

1. First prepare the watermelon by cutting it into pieces small enough to fit in the mouth of the juicer. Keep the rind on, since that contains many of the watermelon's nutrients.

2. Place the glass pitcher under the spout of the juicer.

3. Put half of the watermelon pieces into the juicer and push them down with the lid.

4. Then push the strawberries through the juicer. They don't yield a lot of juice.

5. Finally, put the rest of the watermelon in the juicer. Since it has a higher water content, the watermelon will help push the strawberry juice through the juicer.

6. When all the juice is drained out of the juicer, stir up the contents of the pitcher.

7. Drink your juice within 20 minutes to absorb the live enzymes and nutrients of the ingredients. To serve chilled, shake it over ice.

If you want to save the juice, store it in an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours.
