Different ways of Brewing Tea

Making good tea is by itself an art. To brew the perfect cup of tea, you need to know what exactly you want at the end. Try these different methods of brewing tea to find the one that fits your taste perfectly.

Traditional British Tea Brewing

To make the perfect cup of the English way, you need to heat water until it's boiling. Put in a spoon of tea powder per tea cup into a kettle and add an extra tea spoon of tea powder for the kettle. Pour the boiled water into the kettle and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with sugar and milk on the side that people can add according to their taste. If you are serving green tea, do it the same wa y but serve it with a pot of honey on the side.

Strong Indian Tea

Traditional Indian tea is drunk strong. Heat water till it's boiling and add one and a half spoons of tea powder for each cup into the boiling water. Let it simmer. Once the tea decoction starts boiling add milk and sugar to it. Let it boil again and serve it hot. You could also add a few spices to the boiling water to make the tea more interesting.

Sun Tea on the Rocks

Summer is the perfect time to drink Sun tea. Get yourself a huge glass pitcher for the tea. Put in a spoonful of tea powder for each measure of water and pour this mixture into the pitcher. Add a couple of fresh mint leaves and cover the pitcher. You need to leave the pitcher out in a sunny spot for about 4 to 6 hours to let it brew to perfection. You can enjoy your Sun Tea with some honey (which dissolves easily) and cubes of ice.
